A bit of background:

Back in the late 80s and early 90s my title officially was Sensei, as I was the co-owner of a successful martial arts school here in Central Florida. I was nationally ranked, and enjoyed teaching students from a wide variety of walks of life. 

My students enjoyed both physical and metaphysical studies – part of the mindset that went with learning martial arts.

One of my martial arts students gave me my very first deck of tarot cards in 1986, and so martial arts in my world became combined with study of acknowledgment and recognition of innate psychic sensory ability, starting with my own.

Back then, I wish I’d had a psychic mentor. I wish I’d had somebody who could’ve assured me that I wasn’t losing my marbles when I began to hear what I referred to as the inner voice, telling me about things that were to be. I would’ve appreciated having a psychic teacher, who could’ve told me what to expect, how to acknowledge the signals I was receiving, how to recognize them, and then how to train them to work for me. 

As it was, I had to do a lot of reading, research, and practicable application by myself to learn how to acknowledge, recognize and train my own signals and psychic awareness.
